An AMBER Alert has been issued for a missing boy in Tavares, Florida.

The grandmother, Day-Dasilva, is wanted on charges of kidnapping and interference with custody, police said.

Her whereabouts are currently unknown, police said.

“Our detectives and officers are still pursuing leads but would appreciate any further support from the community. (352)343-2101 Option 4,” police said in a Facebook post.
