This week, Chiefs Wire’s Ed Easton Jr. spoke with Heisman Trophy winner and former Denver Broncos quarterback Tim Tebow.

In his interview with Easton Jr., Tebow spoke on behalf of the 2024 Allstate AFCA Good Works Team as he recently partnered with a New Orleans nonprofit Son of a saint for a day of mentorship, he shared his thoughts on the Kansas City Chiefs’ three-peat prospects heading into the postseason.

At the event, Tebow and former NFL quarterback Danny Wuerffel participated in interactive sessions on nutrition, martial arts and a panel on life beyond sports. Together, they created an unforgettable experience of learning, growth and camaraderie, continuing the 33-year tradition of the Allstate AFCA Good Works Team.

Tebow played three seasons in the NFL, primarily with the Denver Broncos. During the 2011 season, he scored just two passes in a win at Arrowhead Stadium. He gave his opinion on this year’s Chiefs as the postseason begins next week.

“I haven’t studied them much, like breaking down movies. I think when you have Andy Reid and Patrick Mahomes and (Travis) Kelce and the staples that they have, you’re always going to have one Really “Good chance,” said Tebow. “Patrick deserves all the hype and recognition that he and so many players get, but I also think Andy Reid deserves a lot of credit. “When you look at what he has achieved over so many years of his career, it is extraordinary , with play calling, third downs, red area and quarterback development.”

Tebow praised the culture that head coach Andy Reid developed in Philadelphia and carried over to Kansas City.

“It’s just so many incredible steps, and then he got over the hump when he got to Kansas City. “But remember, he went to a Super Bowl in Jacksonville against the (New England) Patriots and lost to Tom Brady when he was with the (Philadelphia) Eagles,” Tebow said. “I just love the way the players want to play for him. And when you see the commercials he appears in, like a lot of other coaches do.” kind of thing? I think he did a great job as a player-coach. And I think right now, in 2024, he has one Really It’s going well, it’s a special team and I think they have a chance to do something extraordinary.”
