Aaron Phypers is being sued over an alleged failed treatment at his spa in Malibu, California.

According to documents obtained by People, a lawsuit was filed on November 13, 2024 against the husband of former “Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills” star Denise Richards, who revealed this month that she had breast implants during filming of “Special Forces: World’s Toughest.” Test” were torn.

Phypers, 52, is being sued for fraud by Rupert Perry on behalf of his late wife Elina Katsioula-Beall, who was treated for cancer at Phypers’ wellness center in 2023.

Perry claims that Phypers offered to refund half of the money he spent on treating his wife’s cancer, but after the treatment did not appear to improve her condition, Phypers allegedly refused to honor the oral agreement.

According to the lawsuit, Katsioula-Beall, who was diagnosed with sarcoma in 2019, learned of a “stem cell treatment” that the Phypers facility was performing on patients she hoped would try to treat their cancer.

Perry claims Phyper said the treatment would “cure or at least improve Ms. Katsioula-Beall’s condition.”

Phypers allegedly boasted of a “98 percent success rate and was so confident in it” that he offered to reimburse half the cost of treatment if the treatment failed.

Perry says he and his wife spent $126,000 on the stem cell treatment sessions from July to September 2023, but Katsioula-Beall received bad news in December of that year when she was reportedly told her tumors had grown by 25 percent.

Feeling the treatment didn’t live up to Phypers’ hype, they wrote to him demanding a refund of $63,000.

However, the lawsuit claims that “(Phypers) ignored her request and instead suggested she undergo another round of treatment.”

Perry claims that he and his late wife later requested the refund of $63,000 on February 8, 2024 and again on March 7 and March 29, with Phypers allegedly ignoring the requests each time.

Katsioula-Beall died of cancer almost two months after the last request, on May 21, 2024.

“On June 28, 2024, Mr. Perry spoke by telephone with (Phypers), who acknowledged the debt but made a number of excuses for not paying the $63,000,” the lawsuit states.

Because there was no sign that his wife’s condition had improved after stem cell treatment at Phypers Wellness Center, Perry claims he owes the 50 percent refund to her estate.

Perry further accuses Phypers of “misconduct” that he says was “committed willfully and willfully and with the intent to deprive Plaintiff of property and/or legal rights or to otherwise cause harm.”

“This despicable conduct has subjected the plaintiff to cruel and unjust hardship in deliberate disregard of his rights,” he added, calling for the case to be heard by a jury.

To date, Phypers has not commented on the lawsuit and has reportedly not yet filed a response to it in court.

It’s also unclear if his wellness center is even still in operation, as the location is listed as “permanently closed” on Google Maps and Yelp users have also reported that it is no longer in operation.

A website for the facility, which is listed on its Instagram page, also appears to be down.

Phypers previously said on “The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills” during his wife Denise Richards’ brief appearance on the series that the center uses allopathic – or alternative – medicine as treatments, although it is unclear whether evidence-based medicine is also part of the treatment patient is. Phypers, who had small acting roles in the 2010s, met his future wife Denise at his center.

During a 2020 episode of RHOBH, the cast asked about his business.

“Everything you’ve been taught about the process and how disease works is not true,” he began, via People, before Denise urged him to “be careful” about what he would say.

“Traditional is not traditional,” he explained. “It’s allopathic.” And allopathic means alternative medicine. Take a look.

“It’s all a measurement of the frequency of the electromagnetic spectrum.” “I dissect things so that you can all heal yourself -” he continued, before clarifying that he himself had not “healed anyone” but supposedly “blockages, discord (and) information”.

He subsequently made even more bizarre claims while presenting his theory as to why cancer occurs.

“Do you want to know why cancer occurs? Because it protects you from an infection to which your immune system did not respond and you would have died within 12 hours,” he said. “It’s your best friend who protected you from something that’s going to put a bullet in your head.”

“This is cancer,” he said, although his words were far from the accepted definition of what cancer is – abnormal cell growth that can spread throughout the body and cause damage – he claimed he could “do it all day long prove”.

“We can split an atom with sound, cause a nuclear explosion and kill people. ‘You can’t figure out if it’s cancer?’ Phypers said to Denise’s co-stars.
