FSU quarterback DJ Uiagalelei is declaring for the NFL Draft

Florida State quarterback DJ Uiagalelei has officially declared for the NFL Draft.

From his announcement:

First and foremost, I want to give all the praise and honor to my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Every day I thank God for the opportunity and blessing to play football.

To my family and my fiancé: Without your unconditional love and support, I would not be the man I am today. I love you all!

I am also incredibly grateful to my teammates. The bonds we built and the work we did together – pushing each other to be the best versions of ourselves – are memories I will carry with me for a lifetime. The journey hasn’t always been easy, but the ups, the downs and everything in between have shaped me and created relationships that will last forever.

Thank you to my coaches for believing in me, challenging me and investing in my career. They have all helped me grow on and off the field and I have never felt more prepared for what lies ahead.

With that in mind, I am excited to announce that I am declaring for the 2025 NFL Draft.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of this incredible journey so far. The best is yet to come!

Uiagalelei played in just five games for the Seminoles, completing 84 passes on 156 attempts for four touchdowns, six interceptions and 1,065 yards.
