Well, in the end I managed to clear the level and it was an exciting game. Bournemouth had plenty of possession but Fulham countered deadly and Jimenez opened the scoring with a powerful header. Evanilson managed to get his side level, but Wilson managed another powerful header to put Fulham in the lead. The Whites didn’t get much out of it, with an xG of 1.01 compared to Bournemouth’s 1.86, but until the 89th minute it looked like Fulham would take the win. Until Ouattara held his nerve, firing a shot over Leno and parrying Wilson’s header, keeping Bournemouth in the European places for the time being while Fulham continued to chase them in eighth place.
