The New York Giants were defeated by the Baltimore Ravens 35-14 at MetLife Stadium in Week 15, and rookie wide receiver Malik Nabers is our player of the game.

This game appeared to be over on the first play when Justice Hill returned a kickoff 59 yards. The Giants were able to force a Lamar Jackson fumble on this drive, but the quarterback responded with a Jackson 5 (five touchdowns).

Things are looking bleak for Big Blue this season, especially due to poor quarterback performance. Nevertheless, the sixth overall winner was able to have an extremely productive day.

Nabers finished the game with 10 receptions for 82 receiving yards and one touchdown on 13 targets.

The LSU product was also able to get two defensive pass interference calls that helped extend the offense. The first DPI call Nabers drew placed the ball at the three-yard line, leading to a rushing touchdown by Devin Singletary.

There are a lot of holes on this Giants team, but fans can take some comfort in knowing that the number one wide receiver position has been fixed.

The Giants have been trying to find that since the departure of Odell Beckham Jr., and now they’ve found their man in another first-round receiver from LSU.
