Girl Scouts cookie fans only have one year left to stock up on two popular flavors before they’re discontinued.

That’s right, cookie lovers: The Girls Scouts of the USA (GSUSA) just revealed that the S’mores and Toast-Yay! The flavors will disappear into the retired Girl Scout Cookies vault next year.

S’mores cookies were introduced in 2017, while Toast-Yay! Cookies made their debut in 2021.

According to a spokesperson for the organization, this is the first time GSUSA has announced it will be discontinuing a flavor early to give customers a chance to stock up on their favorite cookie. It remains to be seen whether a black market-like resale market will emerge, as was the case when Raspberry Rally was discontinued in 2023.

Luckily, cookie lovers can find s’mores and toast yay! Cookies in 2025 while supplies last, although availability varies by location. Both flavors can be purchased in person at cookie stands or online through local Girl Scouts across the country.

The news comes as GSUSA officially launches the 2025 Girl Scout Cookie season on January 7th.

How long is Girl Scout Cookie season?

The 2025 Girl Scout Cookie season runs from January through April, although timing may vary depending on location.

During cookie season, Girl Scouts earn life skills and badges while selling the organization’s popular treats. All proceeds go to local authorities and troops.
