Save Mart: Select Save Mart stores will be open on Christmas from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. These include locations in Elk Grove, Angels Camp, Auburn, Marysville, Manteca, Lathrop, Galt, Modesto, Oakdale, Placerville, Roseville, Sacramento, Stockton, Sonora and Turlock. While local malls are closed, theaters are typically open. Check with your local theater for show times. Coffee: Some coffee shops like Starbucks, Dunkin’ Donuts and Temple Coffee in Sacramento are open on Christmas. Check out your local store for hours. Restaurants: Many Chinese restaurants are open on Christmas. Expect McDonald’s and Denny’s locations to also be open. You can also check Yelp to see which restaurants are open.
