Astonishing, GTA VI just won an award.

We don’t mean a teaser for Rockstar Games’ upcoming title, just that it’s kind of funny that the new GTA is winning awards even before its release.

If nothing else, this shows how much we are looking forward to the new title.

You probably already know what award it is GTA VI won, but just in case you didn’t watch the Games Awards 2024 live: it won for Most Anticipated Game.

Even though it was up against strong competition, we all knew that GTA VI would take this one.

Unfortunately for the GTA community, the joy of winning an award for their beloved game is short-lived as rumors of a possible delay loom like storm clouds on the horizon.

Although he won a prize, no one was on stage when the winner was announced.

Even though we didn’t hear from Rockstar about this win, that doesn’t change how impressive and hilarious this particular award is.
