Dayle Haddon, a model and actress from the ’70s to ’90s, died at age 76 as a result of a suspected carbon monoxide leak in a Pennsylvania home, according to CBS News. The incident occurred on a Friday morning when authorities discovered Haddon had died in a second-floor bedroom after responding to a 911 call about another person in the same home. Preliminary investigations attribute the leak to a defective heating system.

Haddon began her career as a model and achieved international fame before pursuing acting. Born on May 26, 1948 in Toronto, her filmography includes over 25 credits, with notable roles in films such as North Dallas Forty and Bullets Over Broadway. Beyond the camera, she is also known for her humanitarian work, founding WomenOne and serving as a UNICEF ambassador.
