Here’s how to watch BYU vs. Colorado in the 2024 Alamo Bowl for free

This year you want to remember the Alamo Bowl.

At 7:30 PM EST, the 10-2 BYU Cougars will play the 9-3 Colorado Buffaloes at the Alamodome in San Antonio, TX. It will certainly be a memorable duel.

Although BYU did not qualify for the Big 12 Championship, Kalani Sitake’s talented team finished the year with a win over Houston thanks to 167 yards rushing from quarterback Jake Retzlaff and running back LJ Martin, who converted his 22 carries into 87 yards.

“We were close to playing in a conference championship game,” Sitake said. “The boys are thirsty for it and hungry for it. … We have some goals that I think we can achieve. We’re so close now.”

Deion Sanders’ Buffaloes closed out 2024 by quickly sweeping Oklahoma State and defeating the Cowboys 52-0 on November 29th. Quarterback Shedeur Sanders threw five touchdown passes, three of which were caught by 2024 Heisman Trophy winner Travis Hunter. LaJohntay Wester also grabbed a pair.

The team’s appearance in the Alamo Bowl is its third in nine seasons. Colorado made it to the big game in San Antonio in 2016 and 2020. Unfortunately the team lost both times.

If you want to see if the third time is the charm – or if BYU has what it takes – here’s everything you need to know about the BYU vs. Colorado Alamo Bowl, from the start time and channel to how You can watch for free.
