The holiday season is here and football will be in full swing on Christmas Day with a two-game gift from the NFL on Netflix.

This is the first time the streaming service will broadcast NFL matches.

On December 25th at 1:00 p.m. (ET), the two-time Super Bowl champion Kansas City Chiefs will travel to Pennsylvania to take on the Pittsburgh Steelers at 1:00 p.m. (ET). Led by star quarterback Patrick Mahomes and tight end Travis Kelce, the Chiefs have won the West Division of the American Football Conference for the past nine seasons.

Steelers quarterback Russell Wilson is a former Super Bowl winner with the Seattle Seahawks. He led the Steelers to their 20th consecutive season, with a winning record dating back to 2004.

At 4:30 p.m. ET, the Ravens travel to Texas to face the Houston Texans, two teams with winning records and playoff aspirations. The Ravens are led by two-time NFL Most Valuable Player quarterback Lamar Jackson, who lost to Mahomes and the Chiefs in the AFC Championship Game in the 2023 NFL season.

Opposite the Ravens are quarterback CJ Stroud and the Texans. Stroud was named NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year last season and led Houston to its second straight AFC South title this season after defeating the Indianapolis Colts last week.

During halftime of the Ravens-Texans game, Beyoncé will perform her first live versions of songs from her platinum-selling record “Cowboy Carter,” her first country album, according to Netflix.

She performed during NFL halftime two other times: at the 2013 Super Bowl as a headliner and in 2016 when Coldplay headlined.

When are the NFL Christmas games on Netflix?

The first Christmas Day NFL game between the Pittsburgh Steelers and Kansas City Chiefs will take place at 1:00 p.m. ET at Arrowhead Stadium in Kansas City, Missouri.

The second Christmas Day NFL game between the Baltimore Ravens and Houston Texans will take place at 4:30 p.m. ET at NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas.

How can I watch the NFL Christmas Day games?

Both Christmas Day games will be shown on Netflix.

Additionally, the games can be streamed on the NFL app using a mobile device with an NFL+ subscription.

The games will also be broadcast in the local television markets of the respective home and away teams playing on Christmas Day.

Commentators for the Chiefs-Steelers game on Netflix include CBS Sports play-by-play announcer Ian Eagle, former NFL wide receiver and “The NFL Today” analyst Nate Burleson, and former NFL defensive end and CBS Sports analyst JJ Watt.

In the Ravens-Texans game on Netflix, NBC Sports play-by-play announcer Noah Eagle will anchor the broadcast with former NFL tight end and Fox Sports analyst Greg Olsen, NFL Network host Jamie Erdahl and NFL Network chief reporter Steve Wyche.
