Leading the Nittany Lions this season is quarterback Drew Allar, who has thrown for a total of 2,497 yards this year, with 17 touchdowns and just five interceptions. Star tight end Tyler Warren, meanwhile, has caught 75 passes for 910 yards (an average of 12.1 yards per catch) and five touchdowns.

Maryland, meanwhile, is on a four-game losing streak, losing 48-23 to Minnesota, 39-18 to No. 1 Oregon, 31-17 to Rutgers and 29-13 to Iowa. Head coach Mike Locksley, who has led the Terrapins since 2019, could well be coaching his final game for Maryland on Saturday if rumors about how hot his spot is are to be believed.
