Chat GPT users reported technical outages in the software in the US on Thursday. The bug affected not only Chat GPT, but also OpenAI services. Users who tried to access the software received a “404 error, page not found” message. Some others had a message flashing on the screen: “Request is not allowed. Please try again later.”

The outage led to frustration among users.
