It feels like you’re prepared – presents wrapped, wrapped, but will they arrive on time?

To ensure your relatives receive their gifts by Christmas Eve, here are the recommended shipping times for FedEx, UPS and USPS.

FedEx Holiday Shipping Deadlines

These are the final days to ship gifts via FedEx within the United States to ensure delivery by December 24th.

  • FedEx Express Saver, FedEx 3-Day Freight: Dec 19

  • FedEx Freight Priority 1Day: December 20th

  • FedEx 2Day Freight, 2Day & 2Day AM: December 20th

  • FedEx 1Day Freight, First Overnight, Priority Overnight, Standard Overnight, Extra Hours: December 23rd

US Postal Service Holiday Shipping Deadlines

These are the last days. USPS recommends sending gifts within the contiguous United States for delivery before December 25th.

  • First class postal service: Dec 18

  • Priority Mail Service: Dec 19

  • Priority Mail Express service: December 21st

UPS holiday shipping deadlines

These are UPS’ recommended shipping dates for gifts within the United States for delivery by December 24th.

  • UPS 3 Day Select: Dec 19

  • UPS Next Day Air: December 23rd
