Jake Paul reignites feud with “influential” Dana White by sharing brutal reactions to viral video

Jake Paul mocked UFC CEO Dana White’s cameo in a power slap promo, reigniting their years-long feud.

The long-running feud between Jake Paul and UFC CEO Dana White has many chapters and layers, but the latest episode of their feud may be the strangest yet.

Paul, who defeated White’s longtime friend Mike Tyson in his last boxing match, criticizes White and the UFC’s business practices. He has been a strong supporter of better pay for UFC fighters, although White stated that payouts would not change dramatically under his leadership.

After two years of banter between Paul and White, two of the top figures in combat sports, things calmed down between them last year. Until White found herself at the center of a bizarre power slap promo with influencer Jelly Bean.

It didn’t take long for Paul to lash out at White after the promo went viral on social media.

Jake Paul scolds Dana White for the weird power slap promo

In a recent tweet, Paul turned on his behavior towards White by lambasting his bizarre power slap adverts.

“55 years old, there are 20 year old girls running around who are just fans trying to get views?” Paul tweeted.

“There is no age limit in the search for influence and ego. Imagine being worth $500 million, married with kids, posting these rad videos and using UFC accounts to trick people into watching your slap party online.”

As of this writing, White has not responded to Paul’s latest online taunts. White and the UFC are just hours away from their final pay-per-view card of 2024, headlined by a UFC flyweight title fight.

Jake Paul adds a new chapter to the Dana White feud

Despite their checkered history, White gave Paul credit for the Netflix streaming success of the Tyson fight. Paul and Tyson earned an eight-figure salary from their hotly debated boxing match.

Paul and White’s problems include online challenges, abuse and wild accusations over the past few years. White also accused Paul of using steroids during his boxing career.

Paul defeated several UFC legends during his professional boxing run, including Anderson Silva and Tyron Woodley. He had a strong critic in White, who berated Paul for facing aging competition rather than standing up to boxing’s elite.

Despite Paul’s calls for fights with big names like Canelo Alvarez, White gives Paul little chance of scoring a decisive victory over one of boxing’s current stars. Before defeating Tyson, Paul defeated boxing veterans Ryan Bourland and Andre August, as well as former UFC superstar Nate Diaz.

Nearly four years into their feud, Paul and White will likely never be on good terms. It could be a matter of time before tensions arise again between the two polarizing personalities.
