Jamie Foxx sets the record straight.

In his new Netflix comedy special “Jamie Foxx: What Had Happened Was…”, the 56-year-old addressed online conspiracies that his near-death medical emergency was linked to Sean “Diddy” Combs stood.

When speaking about the health crisis in April 2023, Foxx revealed that he had a “brain hemorrhage that led to a stroke” and that he “didn’t remember” 20 days of his life.

Foxx noted that some people claimed that Combs, 55, “tried to kill me.”

Online chatter increased after Joe Rogan amplified the claims on a November episode of his podcast, “The Joe Rogan Experience.”

“The internet said Puffy tried to kill me, that’s what the internet said. I know what you’re thinking, ‘Diddy?'” Foxx joked, adding, “Hell no, I left the parties early. I was out at 9, something doesn’t seem right. It’s slippery in here.”

“Your life doesn’t flash before your face. It was strangely peaceful somehow. I saw the tunnel. I didn’t see the light. However, I was in that tunnel. “It was hot in that tunnel,” the Oscar winner continued about his health issues. “S-, am I going to the wrong place in this mother–?”

“Because I looked at the end of the tunnel and thought I saw the devil saying, ‘Come on.’ Or is that Puffy (Sean Combs)? I f——ng around.”

Combs is currently in federal custody in New York City after being charged in September with sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution.

Prosecutors also said that during raids on Combs’ homes in Los Angeles and Miami in March, authorities found “unnatural supplies,” including drugs and more than 1,000 bottles of baby oil and lubricant.

Later in his set, Foxx joked, “If it was Puffy, he had a burning bottle of Johnson &… I’m just kidding.”

Combs pleaded not guilty and his trial is scheduled for May 2025.

However, last month, the musician was once again denied bail in his sex trafficking case – his third failed attempt to get out of prison before Thanksgiving.

Judge Arun Subramanian of Manhattan Federal Court said in a ruling: “The court finds that the government has demonstrated by clear and convincing evidence that no condition or combination of conditions can adequately ensure the safety of the community.”

Combs had asked to be released on $50 million bail, including house arrest with 24/7 security.

Foxx and Combs have been photographed together at several events over the years. The Burial actor was even one of the speakers who honored the artist at his induction into the Hollywood Walk of Fame in May 2008.

Other conspiracies circulating during Foxx’s hospitalization suggested he was cloned or replaced by an AI after he first spoke out three months after his medical emergency.

After filming his Netflix special in Atlanta in October, Foxx thanked his supporters on Instagram.

“God is good…As I post these pictures my heart and soul are filled with nothing but pure joy…on October 3rd and 5th I had the opportunity to tell my side of the story and there was no better place than Atlanta, Georgia,” he captioned his post. “I have to thank you, Atlanta, for showing up and showing yourself. I haven’t been on stage in 18 years, but I needed the stage and I needed an audience that was nothing but pure love, and that was you.”
