Jay-Z hurts Beyoncé and her children over child rape allegations

Jay-Z has released a lengthy statement denying bombshell allegations that he raped a 13-year-old girl with Sean “Diddy” Combs in 2000.

The civil lawsuit was originally filed in October and only mentioned Sean “Diddy” Combs at the time. It was resubmitted on Sunday with Jay-Z’s name.

The accuser remains anonymous and is identified only as “Jane Doe.” She claims she was raped by Combs and Jay-Z while an as-yet-unnamed female celebrity was watching the MTV Music Video Awards at a New York apartment building.

Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter, noted in a section of his statement that his wife Beyoncé and their children will be affected by the “vile” claims.

“My only sorrow is for my family,” he said Sunday. “My wife and I will have to sit down with our children, one of whom is of the age when their friends will surely see the press and ask questions about the nature of these claims and explain people’s cruelty and greed.”

“I mourn another loss of my innocence,” the hip-hop legend continued. “Children shouldn’t have to endure something like this at a young age. It is unfair to have to try to understand the inexplicable extent of the evil that seeks to destroy families and the human spirit.”

Jay-Z, 55, and Beyonce, 43, have been married since 2008 and are parents to Blue Ivy, 12, and twins Rumi and Sir, both 8.

Additionally, he directed his response to Texas-based attorney Tony Buzbee, calling the filing an “extortion attempt.”

“My lawyer received an extortion attempt, a so-called demand letter, from a ‘lawyer’ named Tony Buzbee. What he had calculated was the nature of these allegations and the public scrutiny would make me agree,” Jay-Z explained. “No sir, it had the opposite effect! It made me want to VERY publicly expose you for the fraud you are perpetrating. So no, I won’t give you a red penny!!”

“You seem to be exploiting people for personal gain. Only your network of conspiracy theorists, fake physicists, will believe the idiotic claims you have made against me, which, were it not for the seriousness of harming children, would be ridiculous.”

In June 2022, Diddy was supported by Jay-Z via video message as he received the Lifetime Achievement Award at the 2022 BET Awards.

“Here’s this guy from a similar neighborhood to where I grew up who has reached these unattainable heights,” Jay-Z said at the time. “Puff was the first one to come through and make us feel like it was us.”

After his arrest in September, Combs remains incarcerated in a federal prison in Brooklyn on sex trafficking and racketeering charges.

The mogul was denied bail for the third time in late November and his trial is scheduled for May 2025. Buzbee represents more than a dozen individual cases of alleged abuse against Combs.
