Jay-Z’s lawyer claims Tony Buzbee encouraged a woman to “lie” about Diddy’s sex trafficking allegations.

Jay-Z’s lawyer claims Tony Buzbee encouraged a woman to “lie” about Diddy’s sex trafficking allegations.

Tony Buzbee – the Texas-based attorney behind the numerous sex crimes lawsuits against Sean “Diddy” Combs – has been accused in new court documents of “encouraging” a woman to lie to further his alleged agenda.

Jay-Z’s lawyer claims in a new filing obtained by Page Six on Tuesday that the woman contacted his office after he requested the dismissal of the rape lawsuit Buzbee filed against the rapper.

“Members of the Buzbee Firm encouraged this woman to file her claims anonymously even though she had no interest in doing so,” claims attorney Alex Spiro.

A separate statement, obtained by Page Six, said the woman felt Buzbee was being “pushed.”

The woman – who wishes to remain anonymous – claims she first contacted Buzbee because she saw him give a press conference about Combs, 55, in October and thought he could help her with her own, separate alleged sex trafficker help.

The alleged victim claims she felt “pressure” to initiate a civil case filed as an anonymous Jane Doe against the Bad Boy Records founder.

“She felt instructed and coached by Mr. Buzbee’s company to say that someone was holding her and
“She put drugs in her mouth even though she didn’t experience it,” the statement continued. “She felt compelled to lie.”

Spiro reiterated in a letter to the judge that members of Buzbee’s company allegedly “pressured” her “to make allegations that she was drugged, held down and physically assaulted by Combs,” which is “not true.”

“When the woman expressed a desire to speak to law enforcement, she was told it was ‘not encouraged,'” claims the New York-based attorney, who has represented celebrity clients including Elon Musk and Megan Thee Stallion.

He concludes: “When the woman refused to accept the version of events suggested by members of the Buzbee firm, she was summarily excluded as a client.”

Page Six reached out to Buzbee and his company for comment but did not immediately receive a response.

Spiro’s latest filing reflects what Combs’ legal team has said about the Buzbee Law Firm owner, namely that his “barrage of lawsuits against Mr. Combs are seen as what they are: shameless publicity stunts aimed at coercing payments from celebrities.” “who are afraid of lies being spread about them, just as lies were spread about Mr. Combs.”

Buzbee, meanwhile, previously told us about these allegations: “I’m not going to bother responding to defense attorneys who will say anything to shift the focus on what’s happening here to keep their client out of jail.” “

“Remember, these are the same lawyers who ran toward every camera within a half-mile radius so they could see their faces on TV. In any case, we attach great importance to the ethical rules towards lawyers and the media.”

Buzbee has vigorously defended his character, claiming he is fighting for the many alleged victims who have been silenced for years.

He represents at least 120 people who claim Combs sexually abused them, including 25 who were minors at the time of the alleged crimes.

One of the alleged victims also includes Jane Doe, who claims she was raped by the “I Need a Girl” rapper when she was just 13 years old at an MTV Video Music Awards afterparty – and Jay-Z allegedly followed this example.

Both have denied the allegations. The “Empire State of Mind” rapper, who was renamed in an amended statement of claim over the weekend, said Buzbee’s lawsuit against him was “blackmail” and “extortion.”

“What (Buzbee) had calculated was the nature of these allegations and public scrutiny would make me agree,” Jay, 55, said in a statement to Page Six on Sunday.

“No sir, it had the opposite effect! It made me want to VERY publicly expose you for the fraud you are perpetrating. So no, I won’t give you a red penny!!”

Buzbee, meanwhile, has defended his character, claiming he was only trying to meet with the “Big Pimpin'” rapper for a “confidential mediation” and not demanding any form of payment.

But as this case continues to play out in court, more people from the Texas lawyer’s past have come forward to drag his name into the mud.

According to TMZ, Buzbee is being sued by a former client who claims he was deprived of his settlement money and charged interest.

Combs, for his part, is behind bars at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn after being arrested and charged with sex trafficking, extortion and solicitation for prostitution.

He pleaded not guilty to the charges and his trial date is scheduled for May 5.

Aside from the complaints filed by Buzbee, Combs also faces several other civil lawsuits accusing him of a variety of crimes, including rape and sexual assault.
