Jennifer said: “I drink ARMRA colostrum first thing in the morning with room temperature water and a squeezed whole lemon.” In the “colder months” she adds a special ingredient to the mix to spice up the preparation. “I’ll steep a small teaspoon of ginger, which is good for digestion and the immune system, and then I’ll add a small drop of Manuka honey. It tastes so delicious served hot,” said Jennifer.

When talking about her fitness mantra, Jennifer Aniston said that she watches what she eats and drinks and makes sure her mind and body are in fighting shape. The actress said she is now “enjoying” her workouts without any pain and has experienced an “incredible transformation.”

“Of all the workouts I’ve tried over the years, this one has changed my body more than any other, and it’s a really fun workout that I’m not intimidated by or afraid of,” the actress said added. “I’m excited because I also know that it’s the only thing I do when I’m not feeling 100%, when I only have 20 minutes… It meets you where you are and that “I love it,” she said.
