Jeremy Beloate inspires with “I (Who Have Nothing)”

Memphis native Jeremy Beloate will have to wait a little longer to see if he advances on Season 26 of NBC’s “The Voice.”

As part of Snoop Dogg’s team, the Bluff City native and aspiring Broadway artist took the stage alongside seven other semifinalists for the singing competition’s live shows on Monday night.

The five artists who receive the most viewer votes advance and will be announced on Tuesday’s episode of “The Voice,” beginning at 8:00 p.m. CST.

What did Jeremy Beloate sing on The Voice live shows?

Beloate – originally a member of Michael Bublé’s team, later snapped up by Snoop Dogg – joined Team Bublé participant Sofronio Vasquee.g for a performance of “Every Breath You Take” by The Police. They were joined by original songwriter and singer Sting, who played bass during the performance and served as the show’s mega-mentor.
