Jets QB Tyrod Taylor’s breakup gets even worse as police called to evict Draya Michele

Jets backup quarterback Tyrod Taylor and Draya Michele are still at odds over a property they once shared in Southern California before their split in 2023.

In court documents filed on November 26 and obtained by the Daily Mail, the 39-year-old model claims that Taylor, 35, sent officers to the Los Angeles home to evict her and her three children.

This lawsuit came after Michele sued Taylor in separate court documents in June for breach of contract, claiming he threatened to evict her from the same home – which he bought in August 2022 while they were still together – that he allegedly verbally agreed to had agreed to sell it to her.

In her latest filing, Michele claims she was on a business trip when sheriffs showed up at the house to evict her and her children.

“On November 20, 2024, Ms. Howard received an alarming call from her children’s nanny while she was on a business trip that the sheriffs were at the affected property to lock residents out of the affected property,” it said in November. 26 submission read.

Michele has a son, Kniko, 21, and Jrue, 8, from a previous relationship with former NFL cornerback Orlando Scandrick — and she and her current boyfriend, Rockets guard Jalen Green, welcomed a daughter in May.

Taylor and Michele reportedly started dating in 2020 and broke up sometime last year.

In her June filing, obtained by TMZ, Michele claimed that Taylor “surprisingly” threatened to evict her from the home, which she said they had verbally agreed he would sell to her. She said the verbal agreement was made during their appointment.

Michele said in that lawsuit that she agreed to pay Taylor $3.2 million for the home in January 2024 — after Taylor countered her original offer of $2.8 million.

The actress also claimed that she agreed to the terms that all contributions she made to the property such as: Other things, such as renovations or mortgage payments, would be factored into the price of the house whenever she decided to buy it from Taylor.

Michele claimed she put $300,000 into the house with the understanding that that money would go towards the price ($3.2 million) she wanted to pay for the property.

Taylor has not yet addressed the matter publicly.

The quarterback signed a two-year deal with the Jets in March and made one appearance in Week 1.

Taylor was with the Giants the last two seasons, playing in 14 games.
