The finalists of Season 33 of “Dancing with the Stars” reflect on their experiences in the ballroom.

Winner Joey Graziadei and fellow celebrity contestants Danny Amendola, Chandler Kinney, Ilona Maher and Stephen Nedoroscik stopped by “Good Morning America” with their pro partners on Wednesday, just hours after the finale.

Graziadei, the first “Bachelor” to win the Len Goodman Mirrorball Trophy with partner Jenna Johnson, said, “It’s still getting started.”

“We put in so much work…everyone did, but it meant that the world obviously got it and, you know, ended it with an exclamation point,” Graziadei added.

The finalists will each perform a redemption dance assigned by our judges as well as an unforgettable freestyle routine.

Graziadei said that now that his “Bachelor” and “DWTS” experiences are over, he will be “taking a little break from reality TV.”

“They’re both great (shows). I obviously have a great fiancée and now a mirror ball, so it’s been a great year for me,” he said, referring to his fiancée Kelsey Anderson.

Johnson said they “got along well from the start.”

“He’s just such a hard worker,” she said of her partner. “I think he had this Cinderella story where he had no dance experience and he really took on something every week and became a dancer. So I really had the time of my life with Joey this season.”

“It was crazy to see Val hand us the trophy,” Johnson said. “It’s just a very special moment.”

Here’s what the rest of the finalists said about their time on Season 33 of “DWTS.”

What Danny Amendola said about his time on the show

Super Bowl champion Amendola said he’s had support from his pro football friends all season, joking, “They’re a little jealous that I’m a better dancer than them now.”

He also called his “Barbie”-inspired freestyle “really funny.”

Amendola’s pro partner Witney Carson said: “Danny was the best partner because he just let me be creative and was up for anything. I really appreciate that. We had a lot of fun.”

Amendola said he and Carson – who went viral with one of their moves this season – incorporated “as many tricks and lifts” into their routines as possible.

“Let’s face it, I’m not a great dancer,” he said. “I’m hard on myself.”

The footballer praised the “DWTS” pros for “all their passion and all their expertise,” adding: “It’s great to see. I’ll never be that good, and I appreciate what they do.”

What Chandler Kinney said about her time on the show

Kinney said it “meant everything” to them to reach the final alongside their pro partner Brandon Armstrong.

When asked what it meant to be the first black couple to reach the final, Kinney replied: “We really wanted to honor this moment. It’s a big ballroom moment in ‘Dancing with the Stars’ history.”

The actress added: “We just wanted to dedicate the dance to everyone who came before us so that we could even be in this place and celebrate. It’s a moment we need to celebrate and I think we did just that, so we’re really proud of it.”

Armstrong talked about recreating his and Kinney’s dances from the season at home with his wife Brylee.

“She was the best this season,” he enthused. “I’m not the biggest at social media – I don’t really have that bone in my body – but she kind of compelled me to post all season.”

What Ilona Maher said about her time on the show

Maher said her time on the show, where she danced alongside her pro partner Alan Bersten, proved “that you can be so much more than what people put you in the box.”

“I’m a great athlete, I’m a very strong athlete, but I also felt that through this I can show that I’m a very beautiful and elegant dancer, and I can also do whatever else I want, “To be smart,” said the Olympic rugby player.

Maher also talked about the influence “Dancing with the Stars” had on her.

“I think it changed my life for the better,” she shared. “I think partnering with Alan has changed my life for the better. It’s definitely turned into something much bigger than I expected.”

What Stephen Nedoroscik said about his time on the show

Olympic gymnast Nedoroscik said he “couldn’t even imagine” that he would be part of an “such a special” experience.

The Olympic medalist also recalled his gymnasts’ special performance during his freestyle dance in the final.

“It was just incredible – being there with my teammates, them being part of that routine, my last dance, it was just a really special moment and I was really happy about it.”

Nedoroscik’s partner Rylee Arnold praised her sister, Mirrorball champion Lindsay Arnold, for always supporting her.

“She helped me throughout the season. I really couldn’t have done it without them,” she said. “She gave me great guidance and is just a role model for me. That’s why it’s really special to have someone like Lindsay to guide me through everything.”
