Jojo Siwa has officially put her Tarzana mansion on the market ahead of the Christmas holidays for $3.95 million.

According to Architectural Digest, the 21-year-old Dance Moms alum, who is rumored to be dating new lover Kath Ebbs, purchased the lavish property for $3.43 million in 2019 when she was just 16 years old.

According to TMZ, Selling Sunset star Chrishell Stause and The Oppenheim Group’s Omar Ababa are currently on offer.

The 6,463-square-foot property has a total of six bedrooms and seven bathrooms, with the master suite featuring walk-in closets, a fireplace and a balcony.

Jojo’s house was full of color when she first moved in, but has since been staged on the market.

The spacious backyard features a rectangular swimming area located next to an outdoor patio and basketball court.

A cozy lounge area adjoins the pool and nearby is a covered outdoor kitchen/bar area to cater for guests in warmer weather.

The grand entrance immediately leads to a spiral staircase and to the left is a room with a bar and pool table.

White walls and lights create a very open and bright space, there is also a grand piano and comfortable chairs next to the stairs.

French doors in the living room lead outside, where there is also a fireplace and an ornate chandelier above the seating.

The kitchen features modern appliances as well as two center islands and wood cabinets.

The dining area offers plenty of space for a large table, and there is another chandelier and spotlights on the ceiling above.

Additional French doors allow natural sunlight to stream inside and lead to another part of the spacious backyard.

One of the seven bathrooms features white marble tiles for an elegant feel, as well as a walk-in shower and two separate vanities.

A bathtub can be seen in the middle, with a large window underneath that lets in more natural light.

The property itself offers residents privacy with a gated entrance to the brick driveway as well as tall, green bushes.

The mansion is located on a street corner in a quiet neighborhood and was previously featured on MTV Cribs after Siwa purchased the property.

In the clip, eye-catching decorations were placed throughout the mansion, from colorful bows to a large unicorn in the foyer.

Jojo also had a slime room, a rainbow room, and a psychedelic bedroom filled with a whopping 4,000 pounds of candy.

However, the Karma singer experienced a few incidents while living at Tarzana’s house and in early July this year, her house was vandalized for the second time.

Swatting is when a person makes a fraudulent call to emergency services to report false crimes – and has been a federal crime since 2015.

During an interview with E! News, the dancer revealed: “I got hit two nights ago. “I haven’t told anyone about it yet. But basically when I got to my house there were four police cars outside.”

She further recalled, “The police asked me, he said, ‘Why don’t you have security with you at this moment?’

“And I thought, ‘Because I haven’t needed it yet.’ But now I really need it with me every day. So it’s definitely changed in the last month, two months I guess, since Karma came out. It was fun to say the least.’

Siwa and her villa had already fallen victim to a slap in the face three years earlier, in 2021. The incident occurred just hours after she came out as LGBTQ+.

At the time, she said on social media: “I was scared that I thought someone was in the house and I didn’t know anything about it. “I was scared of that! Or someone came to hide and came through our backyard.”

During an Instagram Live appearance on her boyfriend Nate Javier’s account, Jojo added: “Never prank the police, that’s the worst thing you can do. ‘It’s very, very, very illegal.’

“The police said someone called and filed a report, and then suddenly paparazzi came around the corner.”

The media personality continued, “I love the support. ‘But you know, you could have just hung out outside my house and I would have come outside at some point.’

“These officers could have spent a much better time elsewhere actually helping someone instead of dealing with a bogus claim from paparazzi.”

And last year in May, Jojo revealed her mansion had been ransacked, sharing footage of masked burglars entering her home.

Although it is unknown if Siwa was on the property at the time, she assured fans that her family and puppies were safe. The most important thing for me.’

Police arrived at the Tarzana villa after being alerted by the alarm company, but the burglars had escaped from the scene before officers got there.

With the property now on the market, Siwa has remained busy keeping the holiday season in full swing.

Last week, she was spotted at LAX airport with rumored love Kath Ebbs following her split from DaKayla Wilson.

The star also traveled to Australia to attend the 2024 TikTok Awards in Sydney.

At the ceremony, she walked the red carpet in a sparkly crop top with rainbow details and a pair of edgy shorts.

She also slipped on a pair of silver boots and applied colorful face makeup around her eyes. It comes as Jojo continues to shed her “child star” image.
