Madrid Brahim Diaz drove into the penalty area before attempting to pass the ball back to the many teammates waiting patiently near the goal.

Girona were able to fend off the initial setback, but the ball soon fell to Bellingham, who smashed the loose ball into the net.

The England international then went to the corner flag, where he celebrated again.

Bellingham grasped the corner flag with his left hand, lowered his head and raised his right pinky.

This, along with his goal that gave Madrid the lead against Girona, proved to be a historic goal for Bellingham.

The 21-year-old’s goal meant he had scored in five consecutive LaLiga games – the first player to do so this season.

Bellingham’s sensational form also marked the first time he has scored in five consecutive league games since joining Madrid Borussia Dortmund for a cool £88.5 million in 2023.

The midfielder then set up Madrid’s second goal, putting a great through ball through young talent Arda Guler and the Turkish international did the rest.

Unfortunately for Bellingham, his appearance ended in the 61st minute when he was substituted Dani Ceballos.

Bellingham did not appear to move freely, prompting Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti not to take any risks with his superstar.

Superstar striker Kylian Mbappe added a third goal for Madrid in the 62nd minute to round off a comfortable win.

Bellingham’s outstanding goal streak is in complete contrast to his start to the season for Madrid.

The midfielder failed to score in his first seven LaLiga games before finally scoring his first goal of the domestic season Osasuna on November 9th.

It ended a goal drought that had lasted twelve games and 179 days.

Goals conceded Leganes, Getafe and Athletic followed, although Bellingham has yet to score a goal in the Champions League this season.

Luckily for the midfielder, he has the chance to end the wait on Tuesday when Los Blancos travel to Europa League champions Atalanta.

Amid Bellingham’s goal drought, Ancelotti revealed he was “very happy” with the England international’s work, even if it didn’t result in goals.

“He works a lot, he is always present, he competes, he fights, he sacrifices himself,” Ancelotti said in October.

“It is true that he did not score the goals that he scored last year, but the surprise is not this year, the surprise was last year when he scored a lot of goals that no one expected and the us helped a lot.”

“The problem this year is not that we lack Bellingham’s goals.

“We have always scored goals and will always score because we have talented players up front.”

“For us at this moment, the work he is doing is more important than the goals he scored last year.”
