Justin Baldoni has left WME after Blake Lively filed a sexual harassment complaint

A day after Blake Lively filed a sexual harassment complaint by her It Ends With Us co-star Justin Baldoni, the actor was fired from his WME agency.

Lively’s complaint alleged Baldoni’s behavior caused her “severe emotional distress.” The complaint also named the film’s producer Jamey Heath, businessman Steve Sarowitz, crisis manager Melissa Nathan, Jennifer Abel, RWA Communications, Street Relations Inc. and Jed Wallace.

Lively and her husband Ryan Reynolds are both repped by WME.

The New York Times reported that a group meeting was held to address Lively’s concerns, which Reynolds also attended. Topics on the agenda reportedly included “no further depictions of nude videos or images of women, including the producer’s wife, to BL and/or their associates, no mention of Mr. Baldoni’s or Mr. Heath’s or BL’s alleged past “pornography addiction.” Lack of “pornography consumption by BL or other crew members” and no further discussions with BL and/or her co-workers about personal experiences with sex.”

Baldoni was also banned from speaking to Lively about her late father and “no further descriptions of her own genitals to BL.”

Baldoni’s lawyer said his client vehemently denies the allegations. The New York Times said he wrote: “These claims are completely false, outrageous and deliberately salacious with the intent to publicly offend and rehash a media narrative.”

TheWrap has reached out to WME for comment.

The story was first reported by Deadline.
