Justus Terry stops recruiting and announces the hiring date

Justus Terry, a 2025 defensive lineman, has announced his recruiting date and is ceasing recruiting.

The Georgia Bulldogs are working to put the finishing touches on their 2025 recruiting class, and they’re in the running for one of the biggest remaining names on the board. Justus Terry, a defensive lineman, announced he will commit on Dec. 6 and also said his recruitment has been halted.

Terry is considered a five-star prospect, the 10th best player in the country, the second best defensive lineman and the third best player in the state of Georgia. The Dawgs have already received commitments from several high-profile defensive players and are hoping to add Terry to that mix.

The National Early Signing Day window opens on December 4th and the final day for recruits to announce their decision is December 6th, when Terry will make his commitment and sign his letter of intent. Georgia is in the mix for Terry alongside other schools like Auburn, Alabama and Texas. Terry was committed once to Georgia, then to USC and later released by the Trojans that summer.
