Kaia Gerber is kicking off 2025 with a Sunny Beach trip to Cabo

Kaia Gerber spent the first day of 2025 enjoying the sunny beaches of Cabo San Lucas.

The supermodel was photographed taking a dip in the ocean in the Mexican resort town on January 1, matching the bright blue water in a tiny royal blue bikini. The stringy two-piece had a triangular top held together with sheer ribbons and a small gold pendant in the middle. Gerber wore it only with small gold hoop earrings and left her auburn hair down in airy, natural waves.

She smiled as she ran along the beach and into the sea, alone and later with friends.

Gerber was noticeably without Austin Butler on the beach day. The two, who have been together since 2022, have not been seen together since October, when they were photographed in coordinating blue, understated looks while out for dinner in New York City. (See the photos here.)

Rumors of a breakup spread when Butler wasn’t at Gerber’s side when she attended the 2024 LACMA Art+Film Gala in November in a fabulous lime green, feather-embellished dress, or when she appeared in the Hollywood Reporter and Instagram’s Next about the red Carpet ran Gen 2024 bash the same month.

Both those Elvis However, the star and model are very private and rarely speak publicly about their personal lives, so it’s no surprise that they haven’t commented on the reports of their alleged breakup.

For her part, Gerber has kept a low profile this holiday season, making sure she starts the new year in a positive and warm light.
