Key to victory for Cardinals vs. Seahawks in Week 14

.

The Arizona Cardinals look to end their two-game winning streak and return to first place in the NFC West when they face the Seattle Seahawks at home in Week 14. In order for them to win the game, they have to do a few things better than they have recently.

What are the keys to the Cardinals’ win against the Seahawks?

Don’t let Leonard Williams ruin the game

Williams had 2.5 sacks and completely disrupted Arizona’s offense in Week 12. Two more sacks and a pick-six followed last week.

The Cardinals can’t let him ruin everything up front.

Complete the objective in the red zone

The Cardinals played well enough offensively to win at Minnesota last week. They went 1 for 6 in the red zone and scored touchdowns. Just one more touchdown and they win the game.

Seattle’s offense hasn’t reached 300 yards in the last three games. So if the Cardinals can score three touchdowns, they will roll the dice.

Let the ball run

They were terrible at running the ball in Week 12. They had just 49 total yards and James Conner had just eight yards on seven attempts.

Seattle has held its opponents under 100 rushing yards in three of the last four games, but the Cardinals managed 154 yards against Minnesota’s No. 1 rush defense last week.

Keep feeding Trey McBride

McBride had two straight games with 12 catches. Keep getting him the ball.
