Latest snow schedule overnight through Monday

Latest snowfall overnight into Monday across Maryland

COME ON OUR WAY NOW. Yes, we are tracking the same storm system. IT WILL PUSH FURTHER EAST. In fact, the last time there were actual blizzard warnings in the Kansas City metro was in 2018. YOU WILL BE UNDER BLIZZARD WARNINGS AGAIN THIS AFTERNOON OR EARLIER THIS AFTERNOON. Of course the snow is stable there. And it all extends across the entire East Coast. You can see hitting parts of Virginia, even towards North Carolina, and see some of that snow. And that will gradually shift eastward overall. The far edge of this snow is actually about a thousand miles away from us. So we still have a long way to go before everything is said and done. This will pretty much be an all day event for us on Monday. Even though there will be breaks between some of these rounds, it will certainly be difficult to get around the city unless you have somewhere to go. We advise you to stay at home if you can. SEVERAL SCHOOLS ARE ALREADY CLOSED FOR TOMORROW. HERE IS OUR FUTURE COMMITTEE. As we move through the rest of the evening, hour by hour, we will wait for the snow to move into the metro, possibly as early as 10pm, but closer to 11pm and AT MIDNIGHT WE WILL SEE IT HERE IN THE BALTIMORE AREA, THEY MAY START LIFTING TOWARD THE NORTH EASTERN CORNER OF MARYLAND AND THE SNOW WILL BE TEMPORARY, CONSTANTLY AND HEAVY LYING, ESPECIALLY DURING THE OVERNIGHT OVERNIGHT UNTIL BREAK ON MONDAY AND POSSIBLY CONTINUED FOR SEVERAL HOURS ON MONDAY MORNING. So this is 1:00 in our future lineup and there is still some snow to be seen. But between this midday and perhaps even 4, 5 or 6 o’clock at night, some areas may see a lull in this precipitation. A SHORT ONE THAT IS BEFORE ANOTHER ROUND RETURNS IN THE EVENING HOURS AND THAT YOU WILL PUSH THROUGH, WHICH LEADS TO ADDITIONAL ACCUMULATION IN MANY PLACES. So that’s what’s expected for your Monday. BY TUESDAY AFTERNOON, EVEN TUESDAY MORNING, MOST OF THE AREA WILL BE CLEARED. BUT OF COURSE THE SNOW WILL CONTINUE BECAUSE OUR TEMPERATURES CANNOT GET ABOVE FREEZING FOR SEVERAL DAYS IN A ROW. We’re really hoping for some sunshine to help us throughout the week. To break down this schedule here: After 10:00 a.m. the snow will spread eastward. ALERT WEATHER ALL MONDAY DAY, 3 AM TO 8 AM, IS WHERE IT WILL BE THE SEVEREST AND MOST WIDELY DISTRIBUTED. THIS WILL LEAD TO OUR FIRST TOUR, MOST OF THE COLLECTION WILL HAPPEN AGAIN FROM 10AM TO 5PM, THERE COULD BE SOME SOLID STORMS, SOME LIGHT SNOW HERE AND THERE, BUT WE CAN SEE THAT SHORT BREAK FOR SOME BEFORE ANOTHER ROUND AFTER THAT 5:00. THE SECOND OUTBREAK OF MORE LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW WILL START THERE. HERE’S A LOOK AT THE SNOWFALL TOTALS, BUT STILL IN THE MARGIN OF BETWEEN FOUR, MAYBE EVEN SEVEN INCHES. But I wouldn’t be surprised if we see here in Baltimore that some neighborhoods actually get at least 20 inches taller. Finally everything is said and done. Of course, the further south, towards the DC area, we expect maybe ten inches, maybe even as deep as a foot of snow. IN SOME PLACES. WE’LL NEED TO SEE WHERE THE HEAVIER SNOW BAND BUILD UP BUT OVERALL STILL IN THE RANGE BETWEEN 4 TO 7 TO THE NORTH, OF COURSE CLOSER TO SOUTHERN AND SOUTHEASTERN PENNSYLVANIA, THERE THOSE TOTALS MAY STILL BE ANYWHERE BETWEEN TWO, MAYBE 4 OR 5 inches. So again: tomorrow is going to be a pretty messy day. Hopefully you can stay home and maybe watch a few movies. We don’t expect much power outage, but an isolated power outage could be possible. That’s why we want to make sure you have everything prepared. OF COURSE, SO THAT THE SYSTEM STARTS BEFORE THINGS GET A BIT PICKY OUTSIDE, AND THEN WE CAN DO THE NEXT DAYS OF THE WEEK. AND LOOK AT THOSE MORNING LOWS IN THE TEENS, AFTERNOON HIGHS THAT HARDLY TOUCH EACH OTHER, ARE FREEZING COLD IN MOST CASES, AND I WOULD ALSO MENTION THAT TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY ARE breezy. So 19 and 16 degrees. You see, it can sometimes feel like nothing. So that’s going to be a longer stretch of cold air. HERE WE EXPERIENCE AT LEAST. And then next weekend we may see another system coming our way. OF COURSE. STILL FAR AWAY. SO LOW TRUST IN ME
