Tony Buzbeethe lawyer for several alleged victims of Sean “Diddy” CombsHe was sued for giving a woman a sexually transmitted disease.

The lawsuit, filed in New York Supreme Court, alleged that the accuser had sex with the Texas-based lawyer and began experiencing “unpleasant sensations in her groin area” the next day.

In response to the lawsuit, Tony Buzbee has denied the allegations, calling them a smear campaign against him to discredit his legal battles against Sean “Diddy” Combs.

According to the documents received from TMZBuzbee was accused of infecting a “Jane Doe” with a sexually transmitted disease after their first encounter in 2018.

In the filing, the plaintiff claimed that she met the lawyer through an “online conversation,” after which he persuaded her to go on a date with him.

The date reportedly included dinner and a show somewhere in Houston, where Buzbee is based.

When the date was over, they went to a room in a five-star hotel that the lawyer had booked and had sex after Buzbee seduced the accuser.

The woman reportedly left the hotel the next day, although it is unclear whether she left the hotel with Buzbee or alone. However, she stated that she started “feeling unpleasant sensations in the groin area,” which the doctor she consulted later determined to be symptoms of a sexually transmitted disease.

Elsewhere in the filing, Buzbee’s accuser claimed he knew he already had a sexually transmitted disease and had chosen not to tell her.

She came to this conclusion after informing the lawyer of her doctor’s diagnosis and noting that he “didn’t seem surprised” despite apologizing to her.

Jane Doe also stated that Buzbee “promised to provide free legal advice as compensation” and asked her not to inform anyone about the situation.

She continued to have sexual encounters with Buzbee and even accompanied him on trips to Panama and New York City.

However, he reportedly kept her on a “short leash” throughout the rest of their encounters to ensure his secret never came to light. She also claimed that he was “manipulative” during these exams.

Aside from the Jane Doe allegations, Buzbee was also sued by a man, Matthew Ray Thompson Jr., who claimed the attorney withheld his settlement payment.

Thompson claimed he was injured in July 2023 while working as a deckhand on a ship that struck a barge in the Houston Ship Channel and hired Buzbee to represent him in securing compensation.

While the lawsuit was pending, Thompson’s company reportedly made “automatic payments” to him that were sent to Buzbee. However, Buzbee allegedly loaned those funds back to Thompson – funds that were rightfully his – and charged him a “high interest rate.”

Thompson also claimed, “Buzbee has withheld more than 60% of the money owed to him – and he claims that Buzbee has a rep for following through on this move with other customers as well.”

He added: “Buzbee has gotten rich by plundering settlements with the threat of negative attention from people whose livelihoods rely on their public reputation.”

Buzbee, for his part, has dismissed the allegations as a “criminal conspiracy to discredit him and prevent him from asserting claims in the Diddy litigation.”

He also called the lawsuit “false, frivolous, ridiculous and ridiculous and will be dismissed like other lawsuits.”

Buzbee has faced additional lawsuits since his legal battle with Diddy began.

In November, he was accused of attacking a woman he was representing in a divorce case with a champagne glass during the trial.

The lawsuits against Buzbee arose in connection with the lawyer’s involvement in a rape trial in which rapper Jay-Z was named as one of the perpetrators.

Apparently he linked the scenarios, Buzbee said recently TMZ that Jay-Z had encouraged former clients to sue him and offered them money.

He told the outlet: “Jay-Z’s investigators have contacted more than forty former clients who they apparently found on Venmo. Each of them was offered $1,000 to sue me.”

He added: “We will be pursuing state bar charges against the attorneys involved because such conduct constitutes a crime under state law and also violates the ethical rules that apply to attorneys.”
