Leaderboard, highlights from Tiger Woods' debut

Today’s TGL game, the second in the new indoor golf league, has just as much hype as the first. That’s because Tiger Woods is making his debut with Jupiter Links Golf Club vs. Los Angeles Golf Club.

Woods founded TGL with Rory McIlroy, and the newly constructed SoFi Center is located in Palm Beach Gardens, a short half-hour drive south of his home on Jupiter Island. However, his team was picked to finish last in the league and he, Max Homa and Kevin Kisner will look to change those odds against Collin Morikawa, Justin Rose and Sahith Theegala.

Tiger Woods and TGL Rankings

What time is the TGL golf game tonight?

LAGC vs. Jupiter Links GC begins on Tuesday, January 14th at 7pm ET at the SoFi Center in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. The show airs on ESPN and streaming options include ESPN+.

Tonight’s TGL game will be broadcast nationally on ESPN. Matt Barrie will host the play-by-play with Scott Van Pelt as the show’s host and Marty Smith as the SoFi Center reporter.

TGL stands for TMRW Golf League, a competitive interactive golf league created by Tiger Woods, Rory McIlroy and Mike McCarley, CEO of TMRW Sports. The league consists of current PGA Tour members, including major champions and those in the top 10 in the world rankings.

The games involve two teams of three golfers each and cover 15 holes. Players tee off from a mat onto a giant simulator screen that includes real fairway, rough and sand surfaces for hitting. When the ball lands approximately 50 yards from the marker, players enter the “Green Zone,” a 3,800-square-foot rotating green with more than 600 actuators that make each hole unique.

All TGL games this season will air on ESPN or ESPN2 and can be streamed on ESPN+. The championship is scheduled for March 24-25. Here is the upcoming schedule with all games airing on ESPN:

Tonight: LA vs. Jupiter, 7 p.m
January 21st: New York vs. Atlanta, 7 p.m
January 27th: Jupiter vs. Boston, 6:30 p.m
February 4th: Boston vs. LA, 9 p.m

SoFi Center: Where is TGL golf played?

Construction of the SoFi Center was completed in fall 2024 on the Palm Beach State College campus in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. It is nearly 250,000 square feet and features a 64-by-53-foot simulator screen and a rotating green on a 130-foot-wide turntable. It offers space for 1,500 fans.

Game tickets start at $160 and can be purchased through Ticketmaster, however tickets for the first few weeks have already sold out. They are also available on VividSeats.
