“LeBron is a bum!” – Charles Barkley is eliminated after losing a game in the Lakers-Suns game just days after making a $5 million bet on Shaq

The Inside the NBA crew was busy with their usual shenanigans on Tuesday night.

Unfortunately, Charles Barkley’s fiery hand finally cooled as the 1993 MVP took a 6-0 lead in the Los Angeles Lakers’ 127-100 loss to the Phoenix Suns.

Devin Booker led the Suns with 26 points and 10 assists.

Kevin Durant scored a total of 14 points after missing the last seven games with a calf strain, ending a five-game losing streak for the Suns.

Meanwhile, the Lakers suffered their third defeat straight away. Anthony Davis finished the game with 25 points and 15 rebounds, while LeBron James had a quiet performance of 18 points, eight rebounds and ten assists.

The Suns outscored the Lakers 36-18 in the third quarter, winning and losing the game. JJ Redick’s team struggled from beyond the arc all game, finishing just 8 of 34 (23.5%) from 3-point range.

The Purple and Gold’s lackluster shooting ultimately cost them the game and Barkley’s effort, and Sir Charles wasn’t happy about it and directed his frustration at “The King.”

“Is it my fault that LeBron is a bum?” Barkley joked.

“Chuck went 0-6 and still found a way to blame LeBron instead of his trash picks,” one fan commented on X.

“Lmaooooo he’s cooking,” another added.

Barkley and the crew didn’t mention his other five picks, but they probably didn’t go his way.

Chuck’s failed bet marks the end of a rare winning streak that recently saw him win a “$5 million bet” with O’Neal.

Last week, Shaq and Chuck were watching the Cleveland Cavaliers’ showdown with the reigning NBA champion Boston Celtics when they decided to make things a little more interesting.

“Cavs by 10,” O’Neal declared, and Barkley immediately bit.

“Bet how much? $2 million,” he said.

The NBA Cup bet eventually rose to $5 million as both men refused to back down.

The Cavs lost 120-117 and “The Big Aristotle” asked someone to get a large bag of bills to pay.

Both NBA legends were in top form on Tuesday night and had a series of top-class duels, with the Bucks defeating the Heat, the Rockets defeating the Timberwolves and the Spurs defeating the Jazz.

At one point in the show, Shaq couldn’t resist giving Barkley a light-hearted dig at the topic of weight loss.

It all started when Jalen Rose, who was representing Kenny Smith, asked Shaq a question about milk: “You told (Alonzo Mourning) you don’t drink milk?”

“Low-fat milk,” Shaq clarified.

“You already got the fat part,” Barkley chimed in.

“Ozempic is still looking for your ass,” Shaq told Barkley. “Ozempic, I’ll tell you, he’s right here. Ozempic FBI, he’s right here.

Earlier this year, Barkley revealed he had lost 62 pounds on Ozempic competitor Mounjaro, telling Pat McAfee that the weight loss drug was “amazing” and that his motivation was to live longer.

Chuck said he started at 352 pounds and now weighs 290 pounds and hopes to reach 270 pounds.

“It’s been great, I’m starting to feel like a human being and not a fat guy anymore,” Barkley said in typical Barkley fashion.
