Harmanpreet chopped a ball off her pads and threw it to Georgia Voll at mid-wicket.

Harmanpreet is out at 38.

Australia’s opening bowler Megan Schutt comes back into the attack.

27th over – Gardner continues

Ash Gardner will bowl her third over.

A dot ball on the first ball.

Harmanpreet Kaur moves to deep square leg for a single.

Jemimah Rodrigues pulls it in the air and it falls safely for a single.

A dot ball is followed by a quick single for Harmanpreet, who turns a ball off her hip to short fine leg.

Rodrigues sweeps and the ball flies towards the back square leg boundary. Alana King goes underground and saves the border. Two runs for Rodrigues.

26th over – Alana King continues

FOUR. Jemimah Rodrigues plays a wonderful reverse sweep, beats Kim Garth and goes to the boundary.

A dot ball is then followed by a two for Rodrigues.

Another quick single is taken off a bobble by Sophie Molineux at the top for India.

25th over – Ash Gardner returns to the attack

Ash Gardner bowled the 11th over and that’s all so far.

The right arm finger spinner comes back for another try.

Harmanpreet Kaur spins the first ball off her hip for a single.

Jemimah Rodrigues is on strike.

FOUR. Rodrigues sweeps across the leg-sdie infield and finds the fence.

A dot ball is followed by a drive for a single.

Harmanpreet steps on her back foot and drives to long-on.

Rodrigues has his out to deep square leg where there is a fielder for a single.

24th over – Alana King continues

King has her tail up after taking a wicket in her last over.

Jemimah Rodrigues hits a single off the first ball, which is followed by a single off an off-drive Harmanpreet Kaur.

FOUR. Rodrigues lifts King over the guard. A great shot that pushes the limits.

King follows with a point, then a late cut goes through the open slip area for two runs.

APPEAL. King slams Rodrigues and appeals. Not out, says the referee.

23rd over – Sutherland continues

Annabel Sutherland carries on while Harmanpreet Kaur takes a single to start the new beginning.

Jemimah Rodrigues makes a brilliant push to the finish, but it is stopped just before reaching the rope. Two runs for Rodrigues.

FOUR. Rodrigues plays a beautiful cover drive to the boundary. In the last match, she was India’s top scorer.

Out of. Great ball from Alana King.

Richa Ghosh tried to sweep and King throws it around her legs.

It bowls to leg stump, spins around Ghosh and hits middle stumps.

The only person who didn’t know it was thrown out was King, who asked the umpire for LBW.

The referee didn’t bat an eyelash, instead letting King take out her lungs before telling her the seatbelts were off.

22nd over – King continues with leg spin

Alana King goes ahead and bowls her first ball, which is hit wide by Harmanpreet Kaur for a single.

Richa Ghosh plays a late cut to a ball that rose around the chest for a single.

FOUR. Harmanpreet sweeps up and takes it to the gap in front of square leg. It goes on to 30.

Harmanpreet flies into the air but the ball lands safely for a single.

21st over – Opener Richa Ghosh scores 50 for India

McGrath bowls to Harmanpreet Kaur, who opens the blade and scores a single.

That brings the 100 for India.

Richa Ghosh is on strike and is at 49.

Ghosh plays in three deliveries but is unable to penetrate the infield.

FOUR. Great shot. It was short and wide and Ghosh cut well to the boundary.

Tahlia McGrath has turned to her leg-spin bowler Alana King.

The first ball hits Richa Ghosh. Drift and rotation occurred upon impact with the outer edge.

Ghosh plays a late cut for a single and now moves to 49.

Harmanpreet Kaur is on strike and cannot hit the infield for the next three balls.

Harmanpreet then sweeps the air but falls safely for a single.

19th over – Harmanpreet and Ghosh reach 50 runs for the partnership

Harmanpreet Kaur hits the first ball of the 19th over for a single.

After a dot ball, Richa Ghosh cuts deep for a single. Ghosh goes on 48.

Harmanpreet is back and defends. A no-ball was announced.

Harmanpreet has a free kick.

SIX. With the freedom of not being able to turn it away, Harmanpreet pulls a short thrown ball over the rope for a maximum.

This marks 50 years of partnership for Harmanpreet and Ghosh.

Kim Garth comes across the wicket to Richa Ghosh.

FOUR. After a dot ball at the start of the over, Ghosh flicked a ball from her pads over fine leg to the rope. It’s a nice shot from the Indian opener.

Beth Mooney keeps pace with the stumps.

Ghosh misses two cut shots that were just meant to be hit.

A hit for cover results in Ghosh being unable to escape. And the same again for the last ball of the Garth Over.

17th over – Captain Tahlia McGrath comes into the bowl

Australia captain Tahlia McGrath called her own number.

She didn’t throw in the first game.

She comes to bowl to Harmanpreet Kaur, who pushes himself into the covers for a single.

Richa Ghosh strikes and fends off McGrath.

Ghosh then throws her legs but can’t beat the infield and is then forced onto the back foot to defend McGrath’s fourth throw.

Ghosh hits the pads again and this time finds the gap for two runs.

BROAD. McGrath went for the yorker and it landed on leg. India ran a single as it got past keeper Beth Mooney.

Harmanpreet plays and misses a cut shot on the last ball of the over.

India are 2/84 after 17 overs.

16th over – Kim Garth is back in attack

Kim Garth comes back into the attack.

She bowls to Richa Ghosh, who makes a cut but can’t hit the off-side field.

FOUR. That was risky of Ghosh. She chipped a ball through mid-wicket. A diving Sophie Molineux failed to reach the catch. The ball lands on the rope.

Garth hits Ghosh on the pads but the Aussies make a half-hearted appeal at best.

Ghosh hits a single, then Harmanpreet Kaur plays a paddle shot to fine leg for a single.

15th over – Sutherland continues

Annabel Sutherland starts a new game with a third woman, good leg and deep mid-wicket.

Richa Ghosh fails to score on the first ball of the over.

FOUR. Sutherland hits a short ball which is tackled by Ghosh. A great pull shot over mid-wicket reaches the boundary.

Ghosh is able to get a single and bring it with him Harmanpreet Kaur strikes with two balls left in the over.

BEATEN. Sutherland bowled on a fifth-stump line and hit the outside edge of a driving Harmanpreet.

The last ball is widened by Sutherland and Harmanpreet could only manage an inside edge onto her pad.

14th over – Molineux continues

Sophie Molineux continues her finger rotation on her left arm.

She bowls around the wicket.

Richa Ghosh sweeps and takes a single which brings Harmanpreet Kaur is on strike.

A dot ball is followed by a single. It could have been four runs, but Ash Gardner in cover had a hand in it.

FOUR. Ghosh opens her hips and swings through the off side. The ball sails across the infield and reaches the rope.

A swing shot adds one more goal to Ghosh and India’s total.
