After missing three games for personal reasons following the birth of his second child, Nikola Jokic returned to the game and picked up where he left off, recording another triple-double.

However, the Denver Nuggets lost to the Dallas Mavericks, even though Luka Doncic was not with the winning team. As a result, Colorado team coach Michael Malone criticized the rest of the team for not following Jokic’s lead.

I think a lot of guys exhaled because Nikola is back. They expected Superman to come out on top, and that’s not fair. Do your own job. Everyone has to do their job. Nikola has obviously shown once again why he is the best player in the world. Miss a week of basketball, three games and go out and get a triple-double,said Malone.

Jokic finished the game with 33 points, 17 rebounds and 10 assists, while Jamal Murray, for example, scored 14 points on 4/16 shooting. Michael Porter Jr. ended up being benched and finished the game with 17 points.
