Marshon Lattimore doesn’t seem to be spared from hamstring injuries this season. The former New Orleans Saints cornerback missed the Saints’ second game of the season against the Dallas Cowboys due to a hamstring injury.

That was just one game absence. Lattimore missed his final game with the Saints due to a hamstring injury before being traded to the Washington Commanders. The cornerback missed his first four games as Commander.

Last week, Lattimore returned to action against his former team. However, in his second game as Commander, the cornerback was forced out due to another hamstring injury.

Washington was in the middle of a crucial game against the Philadelphia Eagles. On an individual level, Lattimore was tasked with facing off against AJ Brown.

The characteristic of hamstring injuries is that they are sometimes difficult to get rid of. This is an unfortunate break for a highly talented cornerback. The injury occurred late in the fourth quarter. Despite Lattimore’s absence, the Commanders were able to eke out a narrow victory and secure a playoff spot.
