Lahijani claims he won the overall jackpot with both tickets using the same numbers he has had for 30 years – 21, 26, 53, 66, 70 and the mega number 13. He says he has had the same ones regularly for 30 years Numbers used when playing the lottery and they were chosen by his children “a long time ago”.

According to the lawsuit, Lahijani filed a claim for the second winning ticket with the California Lottery on Dec. 4, just before the Dec. 8 deadline to file a claim. He then filed the complaint “out of an abundance of caution.” ” the document says.
