Tonight one lucky player could win more than $700 million as the latest Mega Millions drawing takes place here.

The Mega Millions jackpot rose to $760 million ahead of Tuesday’s drawing, which the lottery said provides an estimated lump sum payout of $352.1 million after taxes. According to the lottery, it is the eighth largest jackpot in Mega Millions history.

The winning numbers will be drawn on Tuesday shortly after 11 p.m. The results can be found below.

In March, one lucky Mega Millions player from New Jersey won a whopping $1.1 billion, although that prize has yet to be claimed. It’s not the first time a jackpot has gone unclaimed.

How to play Mega Millions

To purchase a ticket, you’ll need to visit your local supermarket, gas station, or convenience store – and in a few states you can purchase tickets online.

To play you must select six numbers. Five numbers are white balls ranging from 1 to 70. The gold mega ball is a number between 1 and 25.

If you think the odds are stacked against you, ask for a “Quick Pick” or an “Easy Pick.” The computer then randomly generates the numbers for you.

Players can add the “Megaplier” for $1, which can increase non-top prize winnings by two, three, four or five times. The Megaplier is drawn on Tuesday and Friday before the Mega Millions numbers.
