“Missionary” album by Snoop Dogg & Dr. Dre: Stream now

Snoop Dogg and Dr. Dre dropped theirs missionary album out Friday (December 13) via Death Row Records, Aftermath Entertainment and Interscope Records.

missionary includes previously released singles “Gorgeous” (featuring Jhené Aiko), “Outta da Blue” (featuring Alus) and “Another Part of Me” (featuring Sting). “Gorgeous” helped bring back the legendary West Coast hip-hop duo billboardFor the first time in 13 years, the song landed on the R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay chart when the song debuted at No. 29 last month (it later peaked at No. 26).

The 15-track project also includes additional collaborations with BJ the Chicago Kid (“Fore Play” and “Now or Never”), Tom Petty and Jelly Roll (“Last Dance with Mary Jane”), KAAN (“Pressure” and ” Sticky Situation”), Method Man and Smitty (“Skyscrapers”), Cocoa Sarai (“Fire” and “Sticky Situation”), 50 Cent and Eminem (“Gunz n Smoke”) and Dem Jointz, Stalone and Fat Money (“Gangsta Pose”).

“We have Sting in the song. Man, it’s an amazing list of artists on this album. “To be honest, I shouldn’t have revealed that,” said Dr. Dr Entertainment tonight in an interview in August.

It is their first full-length project together since Snoops in 1993 Doggy style Debut studio album that topped both the Billboard 200 and Top R&B/Hip-Hop Albums charts. His Top 10 hit single “Gin and Juice” on the Billboard Hot 100 received a nomination for Best Rap Solo Performance at the 1995 Grammy Awards.

missionary is also the first project Snoop has released since 2022, when he released his 19th studio album BODR (Bacc on death row) and the debut album from West Coast rap supergroup Mount Rushmore (Snoop, E-40, Too Short and Ice Cube), Snoop Cube $40 short.
