Model and actress Dayle Haddon has died of suspected carbon monoxide poisoning. She was 76.

According to the Solebury Township Police Department, they were called to the home of Haddon’s son-in-law, “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” alum Marc Blucas, in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, at 6:30 a.m. local time on Friday. Police found Haddon’s lifeless body on the second floor of the home and a 76-year-old man passed out on the first floor.

First responders took the man to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey, where he is being treated, the police report said.

According to People, police identified the man as Walter Blucas.

Solebury Township police’s investigation determined that “a defective smoke vent and gas heater exhaust pipe” were the cause of the carbon monoxide leak.

“The New Hope Eagle Volunteer Fire Company also responded to the scene and found high levels of carbon monoxide on the property,” the report states.

“Two paramedics were taken to Doylestown Hospital for carbon monoxide exposure and a Solebury Township police officer was treated at the scene.”

Bucks County Deputy Coroner Eliot Gross confirmed Haddon’s death in a statement to USA Today on Friday.

Gross also said a toxicology report will be prepared to determine the official cause of death.

According to ABC 6, no other family members present at the home were affected by the suspected leak.
