NFL playoff picture, Week 14 draft order: Eagles clinch postseason berth while Raiders retain No. 1 draft pick

The Philadelphia Eagles are returning to the playoffs for the fourth consecutive year.

The Eagles defeated the Carolina Panthers 22-16 on Sunday afternoon, marking their ninth straight victory. This increased their record to 11-2. While they have yet to win the NFC East, the Eagles clinched a playoff spot after both the Atlanta Falcons and Arizona Cardinals lost elsewhere on Sunday.

The Eagles are now the second team in the NFC to secure a postseason spot, after the Detroit Lions. Both the Kansas City Chiefs and the Buffalo Bills have secured the AFC playoff spots. The Chiefs won their ninth straight division title on Sunday night after Matthew Wright also scored a game-winning field goal in the game against the Los Angeles Chargers. It was the 15th one-score game in a row.

On the other end of the spectrum, after their recent loss, the Las Vegas Raiders are now the No. 1 pick in next spring’s NFL Draft. This should make their 2:11 start feel a little better.
