Nicholas Hoult revealed which item from the Nosferatu Set he has at home – but he didn’t take it himself.

The actor met with co-star Lily-Rose Depp for an interview Elle, where the married couple on the screen asked each other pre-written questions. When she asked what prop or item of clothing he had picked up from a set, he explained that a new one was actually a gift from Nosferatu Director Robert Eggers.

“I had Court Orlok’s prosthetic penis made at home,” he told Depp. “There’s a scene where Bill Skarsgard sips my blood and Robert Eggers asks afterwards, ‘How was that for you?’ And I said, “I could feel his prosthetic penis on my leg.” And then Rob had it framed as a gift and sent it home to me.”

However, when the “gift” arrived, the frame was broken The great Star explained he had to take it to a local frame shop to have it repaired.

“He somehow didn’t even blink the first time,” Hoult recalled telling the employee. “Then when I went back to pick it up, I think he thought how strange it was that I was possibly framing this vampire penis and he asked, ‘Is this some kind of collector’s item?’ And I thought, ‘Hmm, you could say that.'”

Hoult, Depp and Skarsgard star in this year’s version alongside Willem Dafoe, Emma Corrin and Aaron Taylor-Johnson Nosferatuwhich, according to the logline, tells a gothic tale about the obsession between Depp’s haunted young wife and Skarsgard’s terrifying vampire who is in love with her.

Hoult will next be seen on the big screen as Lex Luthor in James Gunn’s upcoming film Superman.

Elsewhere in the conversation, The idol star asked him who the most active person was in the Man of Steel group chat and guessed it would be him.

“That’s not me. I’m never very active in group chats because I get a little nervous,” he admitted. “Nathan Fillion is very good in group chat because he has a lot of GIFs of himself that he responds with. It’s also a great group chat because everyone sings “Happy Birthday” to each other, we sing line by line and people record voice notes. This is very sweet.”
