Nick Fuentes has been charged with battery after he allegedly sexually assaulted a woman in his home

Nick Fuentes, the notorious right-wing extremist, has been charged with assault after an altercation outside his home in Illinois.

The 26-year-old is accused of punching and pushing 57-year-old activist Marla Rose to the ground after she rang his doorbell in response to one of his controversial social media posts about women’s rights.

The incident occurred on November 10 after Rose, upset by Fuentes’ inflammatory comments, decided to record a video of his home. When Fuentes opened the door, he allegedly sprayed her with pepper spray and physically pushed her down the stairs. The altercation escalated when Fuentes grabbed Rose’s phone, threw it onto the concrete and continued his attack by kicking the device and locking her out.

Fuentes, notorious for his racist and anti-Semitic rhetoric, said he feared for his life after receiving death threats after a political joke he posted online. However, the authorities and the woman concerned believed his actions were unjustified. A video recorded by Rose documented Fuentes’ aggression, which led to a police operation. Despite initial reluctance, Rose has since filed charges and Fuentes is scheduled to appear in court on December 19th.
