North Dakota State wins the 2024–25 FCS football championship, placing 10th overall

North Dakota State captured its 10th FCS title after defeating undefeated Montana State 35-32.

The 2024–25 FCS playoffs consisted of a 24-team round, with the top 16 seeds and the top eight seeds receiving automatic byes to the second round. The remainder of the 24-team field (the remaining 16 teams) played in the first round.

Bracket selections were announced on Sunday, November 24th.
