Purchases of hair care, nail care and spa services from merchants that classify their location into a different category, such as spa services purchased at a hotel or at the airport, will not be considered unless the merchant places the transactions in that category to. Purchases of related products and services, such as hair and skin care products purchased at a salon or an overnight stay at a spa, are also not counted unless the merchant assigns the transactions to this category.
