Scientists have developed a new mini PC that’s almost as powerful as a supercomputer but fits in your pocket.

The new device, called “Project Digits,” is aimed at developers, researchers, students and data scientists who work with it artificial intelligence (AI). Its uses include running AI models that previously would have required using massive data centers over the cloud, according to Nvidia’s CEO Jensen Huang announced at CES 2025 in Las Vegas.

Although the product design is not yet finalized, it will be small enough to fit on your desk or even in your bag.

The device is powered by an Nvidia GB10 Grace Blackwell superchip, which houses separate, interconnected components on a single chip to reduce the time it takes to transfer data between them.
