FC Barcelona will be looking to secure their first trophy under Hansi Flick in the Spanish Super Cup final against Real Madrid this evening.

After defeating Athletic Club in the semi-finals earlier this week, the Blaugrana will be looking for a win in Jeddah tonight and set the tone for the second half of the season by winning the silver medal.

Ahead of kick-off, Flick revealed Barcelona’s starting lineup that will face Carlo Ancelotti’s men and, as expected, there are no changes to the team that started in the semi-final.

Wojciech Szczesny is again preferred to Inaki Pena in the Barça goal – it is his third appearance in a row.

Meanwhile, Jules Kounde, Pau Cubarsi, Inigo Martinez and Alejandro Balde bring up the rear, with substitute Ronald Araujo missing from the bench.

Pedri and Marc Casado retain their places in midfield, while Gavi is also back after his MotM appearance against Athletic Club. This means Dani Olmo is on the bench despite being registered and available.

Up front, Barcelona will rely on the attacking trident of Lamine Yamal, Robert Lewandowski and Raphinha to do damage against Real Madrid.
