Ryan Barker’s 33-yard field goal is good. Oregon 7, Penn State 3 with 7:30 remaining in the first quarter. Nick Singleton’s 46-yard rush moved the Lions into Ducks territory, but they couldn’t get seven yards out of the play.

Touchdown, Oregon: Kenyon Sadiq tackles Jalen Kimber on the way to a 28-yard score. The Nittany Lions were hurt by a Coziah Izzard face mask, but the Ducks’ offense was strengthened and held a 7-0 lead with 10:40 left in the first quarter. Dillon Gabriel, the Oregon quarterback, was locked up. He was 3 of 3 for 48 yards. The scoring drive took nine plays, 84 yards in 4:16.

It is his first appearance in a conference championship game. This is an all-star crew and therefore not his regular season crew, which was called Penn State-Ohio State. Knueppel hasn’t officiated a game at Oregon this year.

The big news for Penn State is this receiver Trey Wallace and cornerback Elliot Washington II are both back after missing the last game or two.

For Oregon, guard Marcus Harper is not listed and will therefore return to the lineup after an absence in November. Backup DT Tionne Gray is questionable.
