NEW YORK – A man in Pennsylvania is being questioned in connection with this murder by UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson in New York City, police sources tell CBS News New York.

A source close to the investigation said a person of interest was questioned about the murder after Pennsylvania authorities took her into custody for an unrelated incident in Altoona.

According to sources, the person interviewed was in possession of a gun with a silencer and a fake New Jersey driver’s license.

NYPD on the weekend continued to search Central Park for clues, especially the weapon used Shoot Thompson in front of the Hilton Midtown Hotel on December 4th.
