Penta made his long-awaited debut on the January 13 episode of WWE RAW.

In recent weeks, his arrival has been teased in vignettes on WWE RAW. Chad Gable challenged Adam Pearce to find him the best luchador for a match on the January 13 episode of WWE RAW, and Penta was announced as his opponent on Monday night.

The former TNA World Champion displayed his high-octane offense throughout the match. Gable edged him out at points, but Penta held on. Near the end of the battle, Penta Gable displaced a Mexican destroyer. He rocked Gable with a kick. Gable recovered and trapped Penta in the ankle lock. Penta gained the upper hand and grabbed Gable’s arm. He then hit Gable with the Penta Driver and secured the win.

In a post-match interview, Penta thanked fans and said that WWE was his new home. He stated that he had been waiting for this moment. He said that this is a new era, not just the Netflix era but also the Penta era. Penta then hugged his family, who were sitting in the front row.

Penta, also known as Penta El Zero Miedo, had been with AEW since 2019. During his time there, he held the tag team titles and the trios titles. He also won the ROH World Tag Team Championship. He has also wrestled for AAA, Lucha Underground and MLW, among others.
